To best integrate or improve our clients' established processes, we work
closely with
them along our design and implementation path. Our clients' input and
participation becomes essential as we develop the following tasks.

Internal audit of departmental
functions/objectives. Interviews at the departmental and staff levels
concerning time resources, HW/SW used, actual tasks/products and
anticipated changes. |

External audit of technical resources. Interviews and studies of
network, HW/SW, communications and other enterprise architecture components.

Joint sessions and review meetings between Orbita's analysts and
key client operatives to develop an understanding of current work-flow, to
jointly develop a concise layout of re-designed workflows, processes
and associated systems.
