Review
Orbita's process review is laid out within four main areas: i) Market Objectives, ii)
Process Efficacy, iii) Architecture Design and iv) Implementation Plan. Each of
these areas is led by an Orbita Sr. Business Analyst or Sr. Network Engineer, reporting
to our Program Manager.
Market Objectives Review: Work with the client to capture and refine
pre-sales, sale function and back-office/related supporting departmental
interfaces.
