module is designed as a work-flow based product, such that the
system could be configured to follow an existing
ordering procedure, business rules of an
organization, or it could be configured to use
an Orbita recommended workflow plan.
As a Customer Service Order flows through, an
extensive audit trail is kept and different alarms are generated based on
predefined criteria.
